Totally different, in my experience. BetterUp felt very corporate and standardized. Mbo is much more bespoke, like you're working directly with someone who really gets your specific situation.

Yeah, if you want a more tailored, high-level approach, Mbo is probably better. The others are good for general coaching but Mbo seems to specialize in senior leadership stuff.

From what I gather, it's mostly virtual, but they might do in-person for bigger corporate things. For individual coaching, I'm pretty sure it's all online.
